If you have lost or forgotten something on a bus, a train or tram, or the Metro, you are not alone. Every day approximately 300 items come to our lost property department.
The best way for you to see if we have found your item is to come in to our office, particularly if you have forgotten gloves, umbrellas or other common items. If you have forgotten something more unusual, you can call us. You can also write to us by filling out our web form. (Instructions are default in Swedish.)
It can take up to ten days before we receive your lost item.
If you discover that you have just forgotten a valuable item or similar, you can call Customer Services, and we will try and help you. Press 9 for information in English, or simply say "lost and found" when you get through. The Customer Services and Lost property have the same telephone number.

If you lose something on the SL commuter ferries
Items lost on the commuter ferries end up at the ferry service company.
Djurgården ferry service no 82

Ferry service no 80
If you lose something on ferry service no 80 (Frihamnen-Lidingö-Nacka-Nybroplan), contact the ferry service company "Rederi Ballerina", at the address Museikajen 1 (near the National Museum).
