If you have lost or forgotten something on a bus, a train or tram, or the Metro, you are not alone. Every day approximately 300 items come to our lost property department.
The best way for you to see if we have found your item is to come in to our office, particularly if you have forgotten gloves, umbrellas or other common items. If you have forgotten something more unusual, you can call or fax us. You can also write to us by filling in our web form. (Instructions are default in Swedish, but use the translate tool at the top of the page to get them in English or one of the other languages given.)
It can take up to a week before we receive your lost item. If you discover that you have just forgotten a valuable item or similar, you can call Customer Services, choosing the traffic information option, and we will try and help you. The Customer Services and Lost property have the same telephone number.
