About "Mitt SL"

Mitt SL ("My SL") is a user account for regular SL passengers, where you can find services that help you easily adapt route information to suit your needs or register your SL Access card to protect it from loss or theft.

At Mitt SL, you can create personal profiles for the Journey Planner, realtime information and disruption text messages.

Register your SL Access card and protect it and its content from loss and theft. If your card is registered you can report it missing and we will send you a new card, with the same content as the one you lost. This offer applies only to Swedish residents with an ID-number ("personnummer").

Mitt SL can also help you keep track of your communications with Customer Services, if you have had contact them.

Mitt SL is only available in Swedish, but with the Translate tool at the top of the page, you can access its content in around 20 languages. Log in to Mitt SL from any page on the Visitor tab. (See left.)
